The Gibbs Community Foundation, Inc.

 


Frank is one of the founding members of the Gibbs Community Foundation. He and a number of African Americans realized the need to build a foundation. He is an adjunct professor at two community colleges; he is a writer and the editor of The Gibbs Magazine

He was educated at UC Berkeley, McGeorge Law School, U.S.F., and The Union Institute in Cincinnati, Ohio.  He holds several degrees: Bachelors, Masters, and Doctorate of Philosophy degrees. He is an accomplished writer, a public speaker, a teacher, and an able administrator.


Dr. Valeau is the Chairman of the Board
He is an author, an able administrator, and a noted educator and
lecturer on Educational Models.

He holds  Bachelors, Masters, and Doctorate of Education degrees from Southern University, Cal State Hayward, and UC Berkeley; he has been a teacher before becoming an administrator. He sits on a number of boards.
